I appreciate the old, I live to up-cycle. Whether you call them ‘used,’ ‘junk,’ or ‘vintage,’ old items maybe worn, but they have stood the test of time. They have character, a story and are a part of our history. With a little care and admiration, any old piece of ‘junk’ can look good in your home. I also love framing things; especially vintage things. It’s both a hobby and a habit! Presenting an

item of meaning in a frame and putting it on display reminds me of the objects story, and allows me to share it with others. Decorating and home design has always appealed to me, but my partner doesn’t understand my need to collect, frame and display EVERYTHING! He says our apartment looks like a gallery, I prefer to think of it as a collection of memories. Embrace this love too!
