🎃 Last night at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Ellie had the best time meeting her idol—Stitch! Not only did she get a hug and snap some adorable photos, but she also taught Stitch some of her favorite moves: high five, baked potato, and French fries! 🍟🥔 Stitch caught on so quickly, and it was her highlight of the night! 🙌✨

It’s these magical moments that make Disney unforgettable. Between the Boo to You Parade, trick-or-treating, and Ellie’s special interaction with Stitch, it was a night full of laughter and fun. 🎃👻

Tonight, we had dinner at Jiko – The Cooking Place, located at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge.
I tried the Bone Marrow-crusted Filet Mignon, cooked to perfection with layers of rich flavor, while Joe enjoyed the Slow-cooked Beef Short Rib, paired with Spiced Carrot Bredie, Cassava Hash, and Marinated Pearl Onions. Every bite was a symphony of tastes, bringing together bold, African-inspired flavors in a truly magical setting.
