When we first started using IG as a tool to market Cozy Rock, it was before we had even broken ground. We wanted to share the build experience with others, and then hopefully use it as a tool to find guests outside of Maine so we could show them . It has turned into so much more than that, and has meant welcoming people not only into our home, but also behind-the-scenes of our hosting experience and our business. The good, the sometimes bad, and everything in between. I will admit the sharing comes easier some days than others, and my (sometimes sensitive) personality doesn’t always handle the negative comments or mean DM’s well. They don’t happen too often (and honestly 95% of the sharing experience has been nothing but a treat), but when they do I tend to ruminate and dwell, and sometimes clam up. Today is one of those days, so here I am trying not to let it consume me. It helps that Chris Daniele] are here for their second visit to Cozy Rock today, and are sharing all kinds of fun shots on their stories 🤍📸 Thanks all for being here, and for all the kind, supportive and loving comments you left us yesterday for the launch of our podcast this week! We’re debating whether we should do an IG live launch party tomorrow where we pop champagne together and answer some of your questions… 🤔
