2022 was the year for updates to our Corpus Christi Bay condo. We replaced the shower/tub with a modern walk-in shower and also completely remodeled our kitchen with new cooktop, quartz countertops and brand new soft close cabinetry.

We will be opening our calendar for booking starting in March 2024 so start planning your Spring break trips and keep us in mind.

We recently installed these Ecobee thermostats in our Airbnb rental and our guests love them! They love them because they are equipped with the “Alexa” feature and they can ask it to play music, or tell them the weather forecast, or set a timer.

Spring Break was a busy 2 weeks for our condo. We were able to host several new guests/families and help them build new memories. My wife and I also spent time in our other unit and found a new, downtown mural, brought some new decor pieces, and accessories. So thankful for our guests and repeat bookings.
