Movie Monday Spotlight: Toy Story
The original Toy Story movie came out in 1995 and was a success from the beginning. The Toy Story franchise took off and Toy Story 6 is set to come out in 2026. I enjoyed the Toy Story movies but they got so emotional, it was hard for my momma heart to handle them. I enjoyed the earlier ones a bit more but am curious to see what #6 brings.

Today is National Pizza Day.
Seems fitting that this falls on Superbowl Sunday as I am sure many will be having pizza today. Over in Disney, who has your go-to pizza? I don't actually have a place, I don't often get pizza in Disney but am obsessed with the pizza on the Disney Wish!!

Ride Spotlight:
Big Thunder Mountain in Magic Kingdom AKA "The wildest ride in the wilderness."
Race through a haunted gold mine aboard a speeding train on this thrilling coaster-style ride. This ride is currently down for a lengthy refurbishment but it is one of my favorite roller coasters! What do you think of Big Thunder Mountain?

Tip Tuesday: Traveling with a stroller.
If you are traveling with a stroller at Disney, there are a few key things to keep in mind to help you navigate.
* You will need to fold the stroller on Disney transportation. Be sure to empty out cupholders and compartments before the bus arrives so that you are ready to go.
* Strollers can't go in the ride lines. You will need to park the stroller in a designated stroller parking area and then walk with the kids through the lines. This can be tough with littles or tired legs.
* Strollers will be shifted. Once you park in the designated parking area, Disney cast members are always moving and shifting strollers to keep them organized and space for everyone. When it is time to pick up your stroller, you may have to look for it.
* Tag your stroller! I highly suggest some type of string/ribbon or sign or something on your handle so that when you are looking for your stroller, it makes it stand out in the sea of strollers.
* Take personal and important items with you. You are welcome to leave whatever you want in the stroller when you are on a ride or dining but be sure to take anything important with you.

Movie Monday: Strange World
Strange World was released in 2022 and is a movie I often forget about but did enjoy! It is a fun movie with a good storyline and laughs. It is about family and adventure and finding out who you are. Have you seen this movie? If not, you should!!

Great news for my Disney Cruisers with littles - Dine and Play is returning! This will be available to children ages 3-10 that are part of the second dinner seating. Parents can hand over their kids to the youth activities director who will take them to the kids club so adults can finish dinner. Reach out for more info on cruises and on dine and play!

Disney recently released some more details for closures in Hollywood Studios. Many are sad that the Muppets area is being revamped but I am excited. I am always up for something new and feel there is so much area over here that isn't being used. I think the new Monsters, Inc-themed land will be a wonderful new addition to Hollywood Studios.

Mama Melrose's will close on May 10th. This does make me sad. I feel this is a very underrated restaurant and has the best steak and mac and cheese! Might need to squeeze in one more visit before they close.

Muppet Vision and PizzeRizzo will both close on June 7.

A prince cursed to spend his days as a hideous monster sets out to regain his humanity by earning a young woman's love before all the rose petals fall. 🥀
This has always been one of my favorite movies and Belle has been my favorite Disney princess. I love how they created all the different characters from the furniture and the personalities that they had.
