policy & cost. Rohtang Pass not included in the package because The NGT in its order has
restricted the number of vehicles passing through Rohtang Pass for tourism. Vehicle for
Rohtang pass can be hired directly from Manali taxi Union by own cost. If our vehicle get
permission for Rohtang pass than will covered by our own vehicle. IT WILL BE TAKE CARE BY
GUEST DIRECTLY. WE CAN ASSIST BUT WE CANNOT ASSURED FOR ROHTANG PASS SIGHT

Welcome Drink on Arrival in Delhi Hotel/ Resort.
Pick and drop from Delhi through A/c Bus. Hills station may have local vehicles for side seeing.
Provided south indian as per your request.
*Package Exclusion*
Any Airfare, Train fare, Overland Journey which is not mentioned in the Itinerary.
Any Medical/rescue evacuation due to mishaps.
Any personal nature items like Laundry, bar bills, table bills, camera fee, tips or any
other item.

Any other things that is not included in the “Package Cost Includes” Column.
Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due
to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control
*Confirmation policy*
Ø The Above package can be booked by paying token amount which is 25% of the total amount
for booking.
Ø The client has to complete 75% (25+50 %) of total amount within one month from the
booking date.
Ø The remaining 25% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival.
*Cancellation policy*
Ø Cancellation charges of 50% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between
30 to 15 days from the date of arrival.
Ø Cancellation charges of 75% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between
15 to 7 days from the date of arrival.
Ø Cancellation charges of 100% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled within
week to the date of arrival.
