I took a little drive east on Kalanianaole St to the Hilo Beach Parks. The weekends families and friends gather for cookouts, swimming, fishing or talking story. The week days are pretty quiet but you'll still find people taking in their morning swim or just laying out. While the parks only have small beaches they have large swimming areas shielded from the big surf by coral reefs....

Just because the CDC and the President says you can travel anywhere all w***y nilly, If you plan to make a trip to Hawaii click the link below.
