Super deal for friends and family as I am keeping for the summer. For the price all the is furnished is your sheets and your toilet
paper. You need to bring soap for baths, dishes and the washer machine as you leave, please throw in the sheets. Dishwasher has not been replaced as of yet, so it is hand washing but take paper items (who wants to wash dishes). Trash bags for 10 gallon and empty trash was you leave. NO LOUD PARTIES as security can ask you to leave (no refunds for poor behavior). I do not live in Corpus so if something needs to be repaired the best I can do is send a handyman. Port A 15 minutes away and Bob Hall Pier about 7 minutes.
