Did you know Jersey City has its own beach!??! Located in Liberty State Park Caven Point is just removed enough that you can enjoy beautiful urban views without the hustle and bustle. If visiting it is quite a hike in and just prior to getting to the beach the boardwalk ends so plan accordingly. Also it’s only open to the public for limited times of the year due to its status as a migratory bird habitat. With that being said please remember to leave only footprints and take only photos while visiting. #SeeJC #JerseyCity #nature

Did you know that the neon lights above the escalators in the 🚇Exchange Place PATH station were installed back in 1889. The installation, named Neons for Exchange Place, was created by Greek native Stephen Antonakos. After the 9/11 attacks in NYC the station was closed and renovated but the lights remained untouched.
The installation can be viewed by entering the station at the foot of Christopher Columbus Drive between the Hyatt Regency and Grundy Park. Unfortunately the escalators are past the turnstiles so you must pay the $2.75 fare to see this installation. #art #SeeJC #publictransit
