We continue to improve our guest experience which shows in our latest 5 star review.

Very welcoming and helpful right from the start. Even though Maurice and Deniz live above, you don’t know they’re there unless you need them for anything. They were both very warm and friendly, always willing to help us and made our stay very memorable. The property is very tidy, very well equipped and it feels like paradise when you sit outside by the pool with a book, or napping after a big lunch. I wish I could rate this stay higher because it was very much worth the money. Thank you very much to Maurice and Deniz.

Our latest Airbnb review. We must be doing something right. We are always trying to improve our guest experience and will continue to give 100% effort to keep getting star reviews

- Our stay was wonderful. The pool area was perfect, with deck chairs, towels, etc. We also enjoyed the bbq area. The whole house was spotless, very clean! Beds were comfy and we didn’t miss anything. Mo and Denis were available for anything we might request yet discreet and respectful. Being able to park in the house was also a highlight. Everything made our stay very comfortable and easy. Do not hesitate to book Villa Diez Minutos for your trip to Calpe!

INTERESTED? - Due to a cancellation we have the 6th to 13th of May now available.
With an average of 22 degrees in the daytime it a pleasant month to visit with reasonable priced flights.
For six adults to stay 7 nights the discounted price booking direct is 600 Euros plus 50 euros to heat the pool. That's only £575

If you are planning to go sightseeing, Just a 30-minute drive from the villa a trip to these 2 beautiful bays of Cala dels Testos and Cala Moraig offers a great walk. Dramatic and breath taking scenery at every turn . Well signposted between the bays and with well-equipped miradors with spectacular views! Loads of parking too.

We love our villa and have loved sharing part of it with so many wonderful guests. Positive feedback is so important to us and when we get a good review on Airbnb it just makes all the hard work so worthwhile. This is our latest feed back from a family who have just stayed with us. We can't thank them enough for their lovely words

- Perfect! An amazing place to stay in Calpe and we’d definitely stay here again. Cannot fault the outside space with plenty of room, a lovely pool, privacy and lots of fun things to do with the ping pong, darts and swing ball. Outdoor BBQ and kitchen is amazing as well. Inside the facilities are lovely and cannot be faulted, plenty and space and well looked after. The hosts are lovely and kind as well and always on hand to help, with recommendations and any questions you might have. Calpe is a great town, with a nice beach, restaurants and plenty to do. Cannot recommend enough and nothing to fault! -

DISRESPECTFUL
I am always one for a party and very tolerant of others but when people are disrespectful of our home and our good nature then watch out.
We will now be very careful on young groups with no feedback. Our worst experience in 3 years. A 4 adult booking.

4 young girls who in their words were coming for a short vacation.

Night one - 2 of the girls arrived late so a quiet night with 1am bed.
Night two - 5 girls partying outside till 1am then inside till 2.30am
Night Three - 5 girls partying outside till midnight. asked to move inside to continue. At 1am Deniz went down as still making noise to find 7 girls and 4 boys.
2.15am Still outside making noise jumping in pool.
Both went down to make boys and two girls leave and stop
party.

On check out they did leave apartment in good order and showed a little remorse. Probably concerned about complaint to Airbnb.

Coming to the end of a busy summer despite Covid. Bookings coming in fast for next year.

Pictures taken this today. Just finished a full clean this morning ready for our guests who are returning after visiting last year.

We still have Christmas and New year free if your wanting a warmer festive experience. Pool will be heated. Christmas day was 24 degrees last year

It's been a tough time during lockdown with not many bookings but we are looking forward to a busy summer and welcoming all our guests. If your thinking of coming to visit the main summer is now fully booked but still dates in April and May then mid September onwards

In these very difficult times we are trying to maintain a business and like most we are finding it very hard. We are still managing to welcome some guests and it's great when they have such a wonderful stay. This is the latest review from a family that stayed with us for 5 nights. We are in the hospitality business and it is nice to know we are doing it right. keep well and take care peeps.

Perhaps our best Airbnb experience to date. A wonderful house with everything you could wish for on a family holiday. Mo and Deniz are excellent hosts and the house, exterior and pool are equipped with everything you need and more. The house is really comfortable and it was a treat to be able to watch UK television after a year without. The exterior has games for the children and adults (swingball, badminton, table tennis) and a superb bbq set up too. The salt water pool is just fabulous and felt like a warm bath. The children were swimming at 8pm in the dark in October! Communications were outstanding from beginning to end and we would highly recommend Calpe and this property. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks to Mo and Deniz for a wonderful stay. Matt & family.”

2020 has not started the way we hoped. With a busy booked diary along came Corona.
On a positive note the lock down has given us some time to improve the villa. It's been hard getting decorating supplies but we have managed some deliveries.
The latest job has been painting the lower wall around the outside of the villa.
We are hoping that soon we will be able to welcome guests again so you can enjoy the benifits of our hard work

Just bought a Lime tree to go in our orchard. Cocktails all sorted with oranges, lemons, lime and mint growing as well for the Mojito's
