🎄Who's ready to enjoy the holidays with some delicious food and drinks at the Disneyland Resort? The foodie guides for the Festival of the Holidays and the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort have been released and I am so excited! There are some favorites returning this year such as the always popular Mickey-shaped Gingerbread Cookie as well as many new items to try like the Barbecue Pulled Pork Cornbread Bake with creamy slaw. I may have to make a few more park reservations to enjoy all of these festive treats!

We're almost there! Tiana's Bayou Adventure opens at Disneyland on November 15, and initially there won't be a standby line. If you want to ride you are going to need to get a virtual queue or purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass. The virtual queue will be available in the Disneyland app. Guests that have park reservations for Disneyland may try to get a virtual queue at 7 am from anywhere. Once you have scanned into either Disneyland or California Adventure, you can try for the virtual queue at noon. You may only get one virtual queue for Tiana's per day. Good luck!

Celebrate the holiday season at Universal Orlando Resort from Friday, November 22 to Tuesday, December 31. Experience a variety of festive activities, including the popular Grinch & Friends character breakfast at Universal's Islands of Adventure. Enjoy Grinchmas, the Holiday Parade, and "The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle."

You can also enhance your visit by booking a Universal Holiday Tour, which offers reserved seating at holiday shows and the opportunity to meet Santa and the Grinch. This tour is a fantastic addition to your park ticket for a memorable holiday experience at Universal Orlando!

I had the opportunity to experience Tiana's Bayou Adventure during Magic Key previews on Friday night! I came prepared with a poncho, but it didn't offer much protection, as I was seated in the front row. The amount of water splashing around was overwhelming. Just a heads-up: the biggest splash isn’t from the large drop; it actually comes when Mama Odie shrinks you down. Overall, I really enjoyed the ride, but I might only ride it again on a hot summer day!

Universal Epic Universe opens May 22, 2025 and packages and tickets are now available to book! Additionally, the gorgeous Helios Grand Hotel is now accepting reservations. Epic Universe allows you to enter portals into new adventures including Super Nintendo World, How to Train Your Dragon, Dark Universe, and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter Ministry of Magic! I can't wait to experience this new theme park at Universal Orlando!

🐻Hungry Bear is reopening on October 25 as Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree! This quick-service restaurant has an all new menu with some delicious looking food and drinks. I will be there on opening day and I can't wait to try some of these new items. Are you excited to eat here?

Sheraton Universal is a great option to stay when visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. This hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Universal and CityWalk, and there's a complimentary shuttle available every 12-15 minutes during park hours. The staff at the Sheraton were wonderful. For a great drink, light snack, or a late-night meal, head to the In The Mix lobby bar. Additionally, the hotel offers a fitness center, pool, and games to entertain little ones on the terrace. I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Universal!

I'm a purist when it comes to Disneyland churros! While I've tried the specialty churros and those with dipping sauces, I find that I prefer the classic churro. This Halloween season there are a variety of unique churros available. Some interesting ones are the Green Apple Churro with Caramel Sauce near Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters as well as the Bride Churro and Groom Churro found near the Haunted Mansion. If you are looking for some interesting flavors in California Adventure, make sure to visit Willie's Churros and you will almost always find some unique churros. Currently, they are offering a Pumpkin-Spiced Churro drizzled with cream cheese icing and topped with graham cracker cereal. Whether you love or hate them, specialty churros are always a popular choice. However, you'll always find me enjoying my classic churro no matter the time of the year!

A fantastic final day at Universal Studios Hollywood. I really enjoyed my time at Halloween Horror Nights. The Terror Tram was my favorite part. And I really liked the Quiet Place Haunted House. The Express Pass was the best! We did everything in less than 5 hours and that includes stopping for drinks and snacks. Thank you for this incredible opportunity. I had such a great time and it definitely won’t be my last time experiencing Halloween Horror Nights! 🔪

Day 2 was amazing! Started the day at Universal Studios Hollywood and enjoyed early entry into Super Nintendo World. This land is so immersive. Then the other agent and I rode every ride in the park and caught the Water World show. We then toured The Garland hotel and ended the night with a tour of Hollywood with a stop at the Griffith Observatory. It was a fantastic experience!

Made it to Universal Studios Hollywood. Excited, and a little terrified, to experience Halloween Horror Nights. I also am looking forward to spending time in the park and playing around with my new Power-Up Band! Follow along for updates.

🛳Are you excited to experience the newest Disney Cruise Line ship? The Disney Destiny's maiden voyage, a four-night Bahamian cruise from Fort Lauderdale, will be on Nov. 20, 2025. The Destiny will initially have 4 and 5-night sailings to the Bahamas and Western Caribbean from Fort Lauderdale. Sailings are open to book from Nov. 20, 2025 through May 2026.

Bookings for everyone will open on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2024
