Customized Itineraries
Process:
- I will schedule an initial phone consultation with you in which we will go through my questionnaire process so that I can understand your desires/preferences/budget as well as to answer any questions you may have. Can send ahead of time if desired.
- Itinerary price/package will then be determined and confirmed via email. At t
hat time, if you wish to hire my services, our agreement is “signed” and the deposit is due.
- I will draft an initial itinerary based on our conversation and will present it to you in a 2nd phone consultation with some customized choices based on your given preferences. We can make any changes/ additions/ decisions necessary at that time for me to complete my work and finalize your itinerary.
- Final itinerary/plans will be presented in a travel app you can access daily on your smartphone while traveling. It will also be emailed to you as a Word document that you can print for your trip, but in electronic form it will also contain live links to activities/tours, maps, restaurants, accommodations etc. An additional phone consultation can be scheduled if desired to discuss the final itinerary. Customized Itinerary Pricing:
Fees are based on the amount of time needed to research and plan your specific trip. Therefore, there is a fee range based on the length of your trip and the number of places you would like to visit. Includes:
o Day-by-day schedule for the length of your trip with customizations for:
lodging accommodations
activities/tours
sight-seeing stops/ opportunities
restaurants
o Driving itinerary w/ google maps and pinned stops (if applicable)
o Other local helpful info such as public transportation, bus/ferry schedules etc. o Critical and timely information regarding any travel requirements such as VISA,
Covid restrictions/ testing etc. Payment:
o Deposit due at signing of agreement
o Payment balance due upon receipt of Final delivered itinerary
o Payment can be made via Venmo ()

(Please send 50-75 photos, must be edited and ready for use, no duplicates, good quality etc.) o Booking services - $35 per ticket
Typically I recommend that clients book their own airfare due to the nature of flight cancellations and communications, preferences, travel times layovers, number of stops, flight times and cost differentials etc. If you would like me to book your airline reservations, you’ll need to provide me with all necessarily documents credit card info etc. Please note I cannot be responsible for flight cancellations, weather issues, etc. THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN BUCKET LIST CUSTOM ADVENTURES!
