BUCKET LIST PRODUCT MENU & PROCESS
Customized Itineraries
Process:
- I will schedule an initial phone consultation with you in which we will go through my questionnaire process so that I can understand your desires/preferences/budget as well as to answer any questions you may have. Can send ahead of time if desired.
- Itinerary price/package will then be determined and confirmed via email. At t
hat time, if you wish to hire my services, our agreement is “signed” and the deposit is due.
- I will draft an initial itinerary based on our conversation and will present it to you in a 2nd phone consultation with some customized choices based on your given preferences. We can make any changes/ additions/ decisions necessary at that time for me to complete my work and finalize your itinerary.
- Final itinerary/plans will be presented in a travel app you can access daily on your smartphone while traveling. It will also be emailed to you as a Word document that you can print for your trip, but in electronic form it will also contain live links to activities/tours, maps, restaurants, accommodations etc. An additional phone consultation can be scheduled if desired to discuss the final itinerary. Customized Itinerary Pricing:
Fees are based on the amount of time needed to research and plan your specific trip. Therefore, there is a fee range based on the length of your trip and the number of places you would like to visit. Includes:
o Day-by-day schedule for the length of your trip with customizations for:
lodging accommodations
activities/tours
sight-seeing stops/ opportunities
restaurants
o Driving itinerary w/ google maps and pinned stops (if applicable)
o Other local helpful info such as public transportation, bus/ferry schedules etc. o Critical and timely information regarding any travel requirements such as VISA,
Covid restrictions/ testing etc. Payment:
o Deposit due at signing of agreement
o Payment balance due upon receipt of Final delivered itinerary
o Payment can be made via Venmo ()

o Photo Book of your Adventure – $125 (plus shipping if applicable)
Preserve your memories of your amazing adventure for a lifetime, and to share with everyone! Additional copies make a thoughtful gift for grandparents or travel companions. o Custom made on Shutterfly, premium hard-cover
o 8x11 size, with 20-25 pages
o Book will have a travel “theme” and embellishments
o Additional copies for gifts - $50 (plus shipping if applicable)
(Please send 50-75 photos, must be edited and ready for use, no duplicates, good quality etc.) o Booking services - $35 per ticket
Typically I recommend that clients book their own airfare due to the nature of flight cancellations and communications, preferences, travel times layovers, number of stops, flight times and cost differentials etc. If you would like me to book your airline reservations, you’ll need to provide me with all necessarily documents credit card info etc. Please note I cannot be responsible for flight cancellations, weather issues, etc. THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN BUCKET LIST CUSTOM ADVENTURES!

It’s erupting again!!! 🌋 How I wish I could get there to witness this… If you have been thinking about a trip to Iceland, now is the time! Truly a bucket list thing to see!! 
Magma has reached the surface in Geldingadalir in the Reykjanes peninsula. For the first time since last September, when lava stopped running from Fagradalsfjall, the tension has given a way for the magma to burst through.

Hot springs are just one of the many reasons why a vacation in Iceland is so amazing! Admittedly, I have not been to them all, but we hike to Reykjadalur Thermals every time! Looking forward to a longer trip in summer to check out Landmannalaugur! If you haven’t been, go.

If there is one vacation that my family still talks about continuously, it was our RV trip out west to the beautiful national parks. If this is not on your family bucket list, add it now! It takes a lot of planning, research, and time… but I can help you!

Ahhhh Paris... can't wait to get back for my 3rd time this June! Paris never gets old. Picnics on the Seine, macarons at Laduree, world class art, quiche and a bottle of rose in a quaint cafe, the Eiffel tower at night... the list goes on! Life is short, what's on your Bucket List?
