I know that today there is an overwhelming amount of free data available to us. 🤔 This causes a huge problem. Because there is so much out there, you simply don’t know what to trust anymore. 🤷‍♀️ It is completely understandable.

However, I can give you some hints! Look HOW these people earn their money! 👍
👉 Working for someone else? Please, go to the next person
👉 Selling courses? Well, I am pretty sure they are great sales people but I don’t think they have much background in investing 🤷

So what to look at then? 🤔
👉 a successful investor who wants to share his knowledge and does not depend on your money from selling his courses ❗️
I know that finding that person is not easy, because otherwise everyone would do it! 😉

So let me give you my last tip for today: it has to be easy to understand, fast to implement and easy to follow up and follow through!..otherwise you will never start at all and you won’t be able to stick to it!

I want to tell you today what I told thousands of people in California the other day!

I have already told you about how to start with your financial planning when you are a beginner. But today I want to fill you in what to do when you already have an investing income. 😉

So you manage your short-term investments successfully and you want to build some everlasting support for you and your family? 🤔
Listen closely!
👉 Take a percentage of money from your short-term investments and put it into assets that deliver a steady return.

Do that until you have around twice the monthly income of your average spending.
That’s the secret!

Now you just have to keep your income 2x your spending and you have ever growing investment accounts. 📈

Once you are there, you will have the problem of having TOO much money! Don’t laugh, that problem really exists! And I already have a solution for that one too! 😜

Sometimes it's only small steps in a slightly different direction that turns out to bring us to a complete different place in life. I wish you the power to decide and the courage to take the next opportunity and make it YOUR opportunity. 🤩

Have you ever thought about what success is ? Why are some people successful and others are not ? 🤔
In my opinion it needs 3 things.
👉 You need to have the courage to get started
👉 You need the persistence to keep going, especially when things get tough
👉 You never ever give up

Failure is part of success. Without failure there is no success. Only those who are willing to fail can succeed. The only way to really fail is to give up ! As long as you keep going and try new things and new approaches you cannot fail.
You might find ways that don't work for you, however eventually you will succeed if you have the persistence. 👊

When is the last time you tried something new?
When did you last do something other people don't dare to do?
As long as you keep doing what everyone does you get the results everyone gets. And - let's be honest here - the average result is definitely not how you want to spend your life is it?

Dare something new. You can get started today. All it takes is a decision to do and the commitment to keep going. I see you on the side of success. ⭐️

How often have we heard that time is our most precious asset. And how often do we waste our time watching TV, being lazy, doing things that are not good for us. The list could go on and on forever. What does money really mean? 🤔
I firmly believe that money equals time ! If you don't have to work anymore for a living it frees up your day with usually 8 - 12 hours (if you include commute) that we can decide to choose to do whatever we want. How would your life change if you could use your time for whatever you wanted to? What would you do? How much more passion would be in your life? And still for most people it's not their daily reality.
Let me ask you a question. 👆
Why? and if we ask why, let's ask Why not? Why not You? Why not now?
Let's make money no longer an issue for You so we can free up your time to do whatever YOU decide and what makes you happy. ❤️
Isn't this what life is all about? The happy moments we share with our loved ones? Why not You? Why not now?

Have you ever bought something not because you really wanted it but to impress others? I know I have been guilty of it sometimes!
What is it that makes us do these things? 🤔
Obviously it's not a wise investment decision. I think it has to do a lot with ego, pride and significance. How can we avoid that trap? Or do we really want to avoid it?
Significance is a basic human need and there is nothing wrong with it as long as it's not your only driving force. I tell my students all the time: "There is nothing wrong with luxury goods and you can have them all." Please make sure that you acquire them in an intelligent way, means:
👉 1. make some money you invest into assets
👉 2. get a return out of that asset that is as high as what you want to buy + taxes you have to pay
👉 3. pay for the luxury item with the profits you made and ask for a discount

The effect is: You don't lose any net worth and you can have whatever you want. Plus you usually get it cheaper when you negotiate means you end up having even more money to invest in the future. 📈 👍
