after 5 years of abstinence, we come back to the place where it all started. Komodo National Park

From summer 2024 we will guide you again to the best spots above and under water around Komodo. Komodo is not equal to Komodo, if you are a guest on board of the Wellenreng.
We know the best spots where everyone has to go, but also numerous places off the beaten track, where you can feel like 20 years ago.

Best of all, we are opening the Komodo season for individual bookings for the first time. No need for a full charter to enjoy a tour with us. From 2 persons we go to sea.

Guest Whispering on Board from our actually Trip in Borneo!

Heading back to Berau now... Finished up the trip with whale sharks at the bagans, more mantas than we could count at Sangalaki, and releasing baby turtles on the beach, then fireworks and beer. I wonder how many people can say they have done this within 24 hours :)

Dieses Feedback von unserer letzten Raja Ampat Tour auf der Wellenreng hat uns eben erreicht. Herzlichen Dank an dieser Stelle an Christian und den Rest der Truppe.

Hallo Michael,
Wir 6 sind wieder gut zu hause gelandet. Ich muss sagen von meinen bisher 16 Safaris Ägypten Malediven Thailand etc. War das die Beste. Das Boot mit 6 Leuten einfach ein Traum. Nicht ein einziges mal hatten wir bei 38 Tg andere Taucher gesehen sondern nur wir alleine. Das Boot mit Roland und Team hat sich größte Mühe gegeben und die Organisation, Service Sauberkeit verdient eine 1 mit Stern. Das essen sensationell. Wir hatten auch richtig Spass mit der Crew und Roland sowie Guide Darmin. Wir hatten jeden Tag Grossfisch dabei und auch massig Haie. Die Befürchtung nur kleine Dinge zu sehen blieb aus, waren aber auch schön zu sehen wie z.b. Mandarinfische, Seepferde etc. Fischreichtum nirgends besser wie da. Wir werden das ganze sicher wieder machen. Also großes Kompliment und danke für die Organisation. Auch Flüge alles super funktioniert. Glaube wir wollen nie mehr mit einem Safari Boot fahren wo dann ca. 20 Leute drauf sind. Gruß auch an Roland wenn du vor Ort bist oder ihn sprichst, toller Typ grosse Klasse. Besten Dank christian !

Recently Adrian inaugurated our new wakeboard onboard Wellenreng. He showed us some of his jump and spin tricks. It was a big pleasure to watch him. Believe us - he really enjoyed it to ride the wakeboard in the Komodo National Park. :-) Join us on an upcoming trip and try it!

Today an excellent trip in Komodo ended. Our six guests were more than happy with the boat and the diving in Komodo. Tons of awesome photos were captured during the last two weeks. The group of six enthusiastic photographers onboard is more than happy. We saw dozens of manta rays in Manta Alley, hundreds of nudibranches and other bizarre critters in the Horseshoe Bay. All guests took great photos. The Coleman Shrimp was a highlight for the group.
