What a wrap-up for 2024! The final closing took place on December 31. This deal, as a buyer’s agent, was incredibly meaningful. I convinced the owners to accept only a 3% down payment on a house with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a parking space. My clients, who are first-time buyers and first-generation immigrants, were finally able to achieve one of their American dreams.
