Y’all, don’t sleep on the online passport renewal process!

They only accept a limited number of applications each day, so it took me two days of trying to get in. But once I did, it was a breeze. I submitted my application last Wednesday, got an email confirmation on Friday, and it’s already shipped. Super easy!

I also used the “Photo Aid” app to take my own passport photo. I was a bit nervous about whether it would be accepted, but they have both computer and human verification. The cost for a digital photo was about the same as getting a physical passport photo at CVS, but I was able to take 57 pictures until I got one I didn’t hate. If your photo gets rejected, they offer a 200% money-back guarantee and will replace your photo until it’s right. (No affiliation with the app—I was just really impressed!)

🚀 For years, I’d been hearing about the incredible Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: BREAKOUT! ride at Disney California Adventure, but I always found an excuse to put it off. Well, on my last trip, I finally decided it was time to face the music. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint!

This exhilarating ride takes you on a wild journey with Rocket, Groot, Star-Lord, and the rest of the Guardians crew. Set in the mysterious Collector’s fortress, the ride features sudden drops, rapid ascents, and some serious twists and turns, all while you help Rocket rescue his friends. The combination of thrilling free-fall sequences and the Guardians’ signature humor and awesome soundtrack makes it an unforgettable experience.

After my first ride, I was hooked. I ended up going on it again, and then again, for a total of three times! 😂 Each ride was just as exciting as the last, and I can’t wait to go back for more. If you’ve been putting off Mission: BREAKOUT!, take it from me – it’s worth every second. 🌌
