Great place in the heart of Stamford. Very well equipped apartment, has everything you’ll need. Easy check-in and communication along the way. And only a few steps from the centre of Stamford. Would recommend parking at Wharf car park and downloading the app to pay. Slanted Door restaurant good too and Whitwell cycle hire at Rutland.

Stayed in Heist and it was WOW from the second we arrived. The apartment was finished to a very high standard and absolutely stunning. It had everything and more! Loved Alexa to play my music choice! The location is perfect as there are so many restaurants within a couple of minutes walk so no one had to drive! Burghley Park is also a walk away and Rutland Water a short drive. I took advantage of the beautiful bath every day.

Just returned from a 3 night stay in Heist and had a fabulous time. The experience, from booking through to leaving, was exceptional. The quality of the apartment was outstanding, providing everything we needed and many thoughtful extras, including a chilled bottle of Moët champagne! Thank you so much. We will certainly be recommending to our friends. We also really enjoyed our time in Stamford and the surrounding area.

A hidden diamond!
The Old Bank Apartments have been beautifully renovated to the highest of standards and the attention to detail was outstanding. They are perfectly located in the town centre, yet feel secret and very private. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!! My only regret was that our stay wasn’t long enough.

There is so much to like about Heist. Wonderful Georgian character of the apartment, with its high ceilings and other attractive features. It’s stylish, too, and the attention to detail is excellent. If you like cooking you’re in for a treat, as the kitchen is very well equipped; there is a good oven, a decent set of saucepans and knives, and a welcome Nespresso machine. The large tv has all the channels you should need, and the addition of Netflix is a real bonus. The view from the windows over Stamford’s old rooftops, by the way, is lovely. The bedroom is excellent, with its extremely comfy (and large) double bed. The relatively compact bathroom is elegant and includes a walk-in shower with rain head. The key-less entry system was nice and easy. The apartment’s location - at the quieter end of the high street - is excellent. When I discovered that it was also a stone’s throw from Stamford’s best pub - well, it was the icing on the cake! When I needed any assistance, I found Jamie to be extremely friendly and helpful.

“ It’s exactly as per the pictures; clean, smart, with good details (linens, towels, kitchens etc), this was a really terrific stay. Old Bank Apartments communication was excellent. The location is central, but parking is close by. Really nothing to fault. I would stay again.”
