The Roots Routes is pleased to announce that we were invited as one of the Thailand representatives to participate in Dialogue on China ASEAN Cultural Heritage on the 16th of November, 2024 in Nanning, China! The dialogue was organized by China Center for International Communication Development and Guangxi Publishing & Media Group Co. Ltd., with the aim to gather cultural heritage preservation experts and policy makers to come and exchange insights, as well as knowledge on how we can preserve cultures and heritage though technology and innovation!

One of our main highlight was the Anthropology Museum of Guangxi Tour where we get to experience the exhibition on the ancient bronze drum, traditional garments and craftmanship, as well as the culture of the Zhuang people. Check out the interview with Miss Sirada, our founder in the video below!

Did you know the fair started in 1923 as a membership drive for the Thai Red Cross Society? Over the years, it has evolved to include kite competitions, thrilling stunt shows, and even Thailand’s first-ever “Wishing Tree” 🌟 Now, it’s a vibrant event where you can enjoy delicious street food, play classic games like darts and bingo and contribute to an amazing cause. 💖
