Great news!

Changes are being made to entry requirements, effective 1 May 2022:

A negative COVID-19 test and insurance will no longer be required.

Travel authorization via the TCI Assured portal will no longer be required.

Face masks will no longer be required.
All visitors must still be fully-vaccinated to enter the Turks and Caicos.

The Villa offers guests a small boutique resort feeling and is perfect for large groups, family gatherings, weddings and special occasions. The Villa boasts a large commercial kitchen, full bar, 7 bedrooms, and fitness studio.
The outdoor living space includes a pool, hot tub, 2 fire pits and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the view of the canal!
