Getting a good night’s sleep can make the difference between having a good day or a bad day. Sometimes it's really difficult for me to fall asleep. I will toss and turn and end up getting up from bed and streaming something on my tablet. Other times I will fall asleep but wake up multiple times during the night stressing about everything I have to do the next day.

Lately, I have been thinking a lot about what I can do both during the night and day to improve my sleep. I am focused on breaking bad sleep habits like watching TV before bed so I can sleep better and have more productive and positive days.

( ) I’m always looking for high protein meals I can make for myself and my family quickly and easily. Tonight, I made chipotle grilled ham and grilled bacon wrapped asparagus. The food was ready in just 15 minutes and we got to enjoy a delicious dinner outsider on the patio.

To make the Chipotle Grilled Ham mix ¼ cup pineapple juice, 1 tablespoon of chipotle adobo sauce, 1 tablespoon mustard and 2 tablespoons of maples syrup together and brush over slices of Coleman Natural Uncured Ham. To make this an easy dinner, wrap bunches of 5-6 asparagus with Coleman Natural Uncured Hickory Smoked Bacon, place on the grill at medium temperature and cook for 10-15 minutes turning the asparagus to cook evenly on all sides. 5 minutes before the asparagus are done place the ham slices on the grill and grill for 1-2 minutes on each side, just until the glaze has caramelized. Serve warm with a side of mashed potatoes for a quick and delicious dinner!
