A family friendly holiday park filled with fun for all ages! Sleeping up to 8 people (including sofa bed)
It is situated in a prime location on LYME VIEW which overlooks the a stunning view of the sea and round the coast of Brixham, Torquay, Paignton and beyond!
- The lounge.. is spacious with plenty of comfortable seats, there is a gas fire and brand new 32" flat screen combi TV/DVD + Free view
. It is fully carpeted and has plenty of shelves/storage. The lounge also importantly has a double pull out sofa bed. The décor is of a high standard with its own personal touches making it more homely. a small electric heater is supplied but please be aware that they get very hot and the usual cautions should be adhered to when children are around. You have access to the veranda via the French doors with beautiful views overlooking the ocean.
- The kitchen area.. full size gas cooker, microwave, full length fridge freezer, storage cupboard where you will find the boiler along with brushes and mop if needed, stainless steel sink/drainer, ample workspace and plenty of utensils. There is a varied selection of pots and pans, chopping boards etc. plus a separate dining seating area with a table that sits up to 6 people.
-The Shower room.. There is an excellent large shower room, which includes a WC and basin. The shower is a mixer type. The Caravan is Double Glazed and has Full Gas Central Heating so you can holiday in comfort any time of the year!
- Master bedroom.. Double Bed, TV/DVD + Freeview, Ensuite WC, Dressing Table, Full length double wardrobe, 2x side bed tables, over head storage and lamp.
- Double Bedroom.. This can if required, be pushed together to make a further twin room. Full length single wardrobe with rail and hangers. Wall mounted Combi TV/DVD + Free view. Over head storage. Bed side table and lamp.
- Twin bedroom.. These can if required, be pushed together to make a further double bed or if you have a baby/small child that requires a travel cot, the single bed mattresses can be put on top of one another and the frames under each other. This ensures space on one side of the room to erect a travel cot. Full length single wardrobe with rail and hangers.
- No long queues waiting for keys
