Our property is located in Rio Vista a 5 min walk or 1 minute drive to the private community park with swimming, picnic pavilions, grills, bathrooms and boat ramp. We have lots of kyacks and paddle boards available also! Great place to launch your tubes for a relaxing 1 hr 45min run to Swampys Restaurant.
