At ReMas we appreciate that in the modern world, rather than taking the time and expense to go into the studio every time a song, or collection of songs is written, many people will choose instead to adopt a DIY approach and record and produce things themselves. We also understand, that many people may not want to mix and/or master their projects themselves, as it’s often very easy to get too clos
e to the project and end up tweaking forever just because it’s possible. You send us your individual WAV stems (mono stems for mixing and stereo mixes for mastering) via WeTransfer and we do all the hard work for you. We appreciate that your recordings are your babies and we will do whatever it takes for you to be happy that your babies are being treated well whilst in our care as we prepare them for the outside world. We require WAV files of at least 24bit if possible at either 44.1, 48, 88.2 or 96kHz. 44.1kHz being the lowest quality, 96kHz being the highest. If you are unsure, don’t worry, as we can do any conversions needed at our end. Mixing and mastering will be done entirely in the box for security and recall options using all the latest high quality plugins and also given our own special treatment. Payment must be made prior to mixing. Turnaround time can be up to 14 days during busy times. Each customer will be individually charged based on the size of their project. Remas will work with you to find out exactly what you want and what you can afford. No hidden extra costs – the price quoted is the price that it will cost you*.
*One free tweaking session is included in the price. Any further tweaks or adjustments are chargeable. All mixes will be sent to you via WeTransfer. ReMas is run by Stuart Dixon, who has many years of experience both as an engineer and producer and also as a musician, working with the likes of Geno Washington, Eddie Floyd, Dani Wilde, Micky Moody, Greg Coulson, Marcus Malone and Irene Rae. He has had much of his work played on national and international radio and is renound for his taste and sensitive approach, both in the studio and on stage.,
