Phase 2 is now open! The 2nd phase of the A Street Promenade is officially open to the community. Look for an expanded Farmers Market from Downtown Bentonville Incorporated tomorrow morning!

Additional landscaping and plantings will be added throughout the fall. We ask that patrons remain off the newly planted grass to allow it to grow.

Some key enhancements we’re going to be celebrating:

- 0.5 miles of improvements
- 3 lanes for vehicles and bus transit
- Green space for a pleasant environment
- A 5’ sidewalk on one side
- A 12’ shared use path on the other side, part of the future SW trail loop
