One of my favorite parts of summer is hanging out by the pool, having a cookout with friends, and spending time with the kids (who are not really kids anymore!). I also love the beach!! 🏖️

Life is just better when you’re on a cruise.

My recent cruise was exactly 14 days and I’m missing being on board the Caribbean Princess.

Personally, I loved:

⚓The onboard entertainment that was so incredibly good and the games and activities that were HILARIOUS! The cruise director and her staff were the best!

🌊 The cuisine was absolutely amazing, in particular, Sabatini's which was so filling that when my main course arrived I couldn't take another bite. I just ate and ate! The food was THAT good!

🚤 The stopover we did in Roatan, Honduras where I got to play with monkeys and cuddle a sloth!! 🦥 Then swimming with the dolphins in Cozumel, Mexico which was a bucket list experience for me and one I will never forget! 🐬

Then there was drinking a Piña Colada on the beach in Princess Cays in the Bahamas, swimming in the turquoise water of Grand Cayman, shopping in Turks and Caicos, and visiting the Mayan ruins in Belize and more! So many amazing experiences on one cruise! 🛳️

Want a little peek at the itinerary I’m working on today?

You’re getting the first peek, I haven’t shown it to my clients yet!

Day One: Welcome to Ireland! You will be met in the arrival's hall by your private driver and transferred to your Dublin hotel. A Hop-On Hop-Off tour is a great introduction to Dublin and all her highlights. See Georgian architecture, get a look at some amazing modern art and taste some of the city’s famous whiskey to lift your spirits.

Day Two: Embark on a journey through Ireland’s Ancient East and its 5000 years of history. Step out on Ireland's Medieval Mile with a Local Specialist in this fascinating walking tour experience. Kilkenny’s streets, laneways, hidden gems, and tales of wealthy merchant families will be brought alive in this walled city. This evening enjoy the welcome at your Bed & Breakfast gem.

Day Three: Spend the day exploring Waterford’s Greenway on two wheels. Leave the ‘Viking City’ and cycle at your own pace to the seaside town of Dungarvan. As you travel along the off-road route that was once an old railway line, enjoy stops to take in views of the coast and the Comeragh Mountains – the perfect active adventure.

Day Four: Stop at the Jameson Distillery Midleton, the heart of Ireland’s cherished whiskey making tradition, and a must-do on your grand journey. After tasting a small sample, continue to lively Killarney, known for its many pubs and open, cheerful atmosphere. Take a Jaunt in Killarney’s National Park with a local Jarvey, who will regale you with local stories and folklore. Next, it’s time to meet your Killarney hosts as you share their home for the next two nights.

Snaccidents! They happen to the best of us.

You’ve spent the whole day museum-hopping and exploring historic sites in Rome, and all of a sudden, you’re famished!

The next thing you know, you’ve stumbled into a little local hole in the wall off of a piazza and devoured a whole pizza, pasta entree, and a bottle of wine. Snaccidents can make for some fun food adventures!

So where’s the best place you’ve ever had a snaccident?

How about this aerial view of Kauai in Hawaii? Stunning, no? I think the best time to visit Kauai is between September and December to avoid the crowds. It's truly a paradise for beachgoers (obviously), hikers, and adventurers. Which category do you fall into?

Spectacular or a bit scary, in your opinion? Preikestolen is an imposing cliff in Norway that rises 604 meters above the waters of Lysefjord. It is one of the most famous mountain hikes in Norway.
