Greece right now is in a crisis. I would be interested in hearing from anyone living in Greece, or who has a first hand knowledge of the situation in Greece, on where a fixed, 'one off' sum of money might best be spent, to help individuals or communities most in need.

I am putting feelers out on behalf of a philanthropic third party who is looking to raise funds. My own thoughts are that any suc
h donation should not be used as a 'one off' band-aid, but rather be put to some longer term good.

Does anyone have any ideas on who perhaps may benefit most, should a few thousand dollars be raised?

I would be interested to receive your comments. All will be passed on for careful scrutiny and consideration. Thanks ... ~D.
