A WORD FROM US ABOUT COVID 19:
Our family, as usual, is making you a top priority during the aftermath of this health pandemic. Providing a safe and clean environment for our guests has always been a top priority, but even more so today. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and want you to feel at ease while staying in our condo. Our cleaning team is second to none and carefully cleans each and every item.
All spaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with the proper techniques consistent with CDC guidelines (posted at www.cdc.gov/coronavirus) with a specific focus on disinfecting high-touch surfaces such as remote controls, light switches, door handles, tables, toilets, sinks, tub/showers, appliances and floors. However, please use your due diligence along with our practices as we feel that is the best defense.
As always there is a certain amount of risk in vacations and the activities associated with them, just as going in public at all. As a guest in our unit(Majestic 1-501), the primary guest as well as all the members in the booking party agree to abide by health practices as recommended by the CDC guidelines, the guidelines set by the owner, and the guidelines at Majestic--
This means:
• Using sanitizer/soap to wash hands often and as needed
• Use disinfectant wipes/sprays when necessary and if guests choose to use beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, patio table or other items made available in the unit. Again, though these items have been wiped, precautions are useful for protection
• Maintain social distancing guidelines—6 feet from other groups on beach and in elevators, restaurants, attractions etc. Be aware, there are a few small stores who will not allow admittance without wearing masks. If this is an issue simply bring a mask or choose to go elsewhere (I have not personally seen this).
• Be aware that according to Florida state mandate, individuals/groups from some states or areas will be required to quarantine in the state for 14 days. If you are from one of these states or if someone in your party acquires the COVID 19 virus while in Majestic 1-501, neither you nor any member of your party may quarantine in the condo (Majestic 1-501) , but are required to notify the owner and prepare to checkout immediately.
