Cars Land in California Adventure opened on this day in 2012! It has 3 attractions, including E ticket Radiator Springs Racers. The area is definitely worth an extra trip to see it both during the day and at night! What’s your favorite part of Cars Land?

The original Dumbo film premiered today in 1941. The Dumbo attraction was meant to be an opening day attraction at Disneyland but was delayed when they ran into issues with the weight of the ears on the elephants. Is a flight on Dumbo a must do for you when visiting the parks?

Disneyland Paris opened on this day in 1992 as Euro Disney (the name changed to Disneyland Paris in 1995). I think the Paris castle is the prettiest of all the Disney parks. It also has its own dragon and how can you beat that? Which Disney castle is your favorite?

Did you know the Pop Century Resort opened on this day in 2003? The resort is my favorite Disney value resort and kids are sure to love the larger than life icons around! I’m particularly partial to the 1970s section with the giant big wheels, it gives me warm fuzzy memories of my youth. Which decade is your favorite?
