Finland is quite fair in it's immigration for skilled workers and international students but remember that there are few laws now in place to ensure that international students focus on what they came to do rather than jumping straight into working or moving back to vocational studies. there were complaints of students that come for bsc or masters and since they see that vocational studies is free they leave their bsc and go to do vocational studies. The Finland immigration is implementing deporting such students. So make sure nothing affects your pathway to P.R

For your Portuguese tax number, opening bank account and accommodation, there are so many companies here in Portugal that does it. you can find them online.

D7 visa always have open appointment dates.
