Booking a flight somewhere? DO NOT be tempted by the $50 you’ll save by booking on Expedia or another third-party website.

Always book direct with the airline so can receive support in the case of a flight cancellation, schedule change, or other things that happens that’s outside of your control.

That non-refundable ticket you booked on Expedia isn’t worth the $50 savings.

And when you’re ready to delegate things like finding flights, booking hotels, etc, We’re here to help!

Aruba 🇦🇼

Here’s what we got up to in Aruba. We took a bus tour around the island, a tour we almost missed due to miscommunication on where we were being picked up 😩 but on this tour we saw a lot of 🌵, we also visited the ruins of the gold mine, and the beautiful light house. We learned a lot about the everyday life in Aruba, and we also found out a lot about the weather and how it affects their ability to grow local produce like fruits and veggies.
Aruba wasn’t your typical “Caribbean island” there weren’t stereotypical markers available like fruit trees everywhere for example, but much like curaçao all of their cultural influences are seen in their housing, their people, their language etc.
Aruba was beautiful and unique and I’m glad we were able to experience it.

Fun fact: if you’re a fast food lover Aruba has all the popular fast food chains like McDonald’s, Burger King, Cinnabon, Wendy’s etc!!!

Curaçao is such a beautiful country, it was so interesting to see each part of their cultural identity present, especially in their architecture. This country is filled with art, everywhere you turn whether it’s on the buildings, art installations, dancers in the street, street concerts, or theatrical reenactments of their history, the culture is rich.
Two fun facts about 🇨🇼 :

-They speak 4 languages, English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento!

-The famous Alcolado Glacial “alcalada” that can be found in any Caribbean home is made in Curaçao! and we were fortunate enough to visit their factory on island.

Took a trip to pebbles beach for the first time in a long time, people were social distancing, the sun was nice and hot, water was so clear I could see the fish swimming around, there’s food stalls and snow cones available even swimming lessons and beach yoga ! 10/10 would recommend.
