1. Cocoa and coffee crusted salmon with coconut rice and a maple chipotle glaze
2. Vegan watermelon poke bowl
3. Moroccan couscous with a roasted cauliflower steak and balsamic pomegranate glaze
4. Red snapper with salt and vinegar crispy potatoes, mushroom and artichoke ragout, and a garlicky sauce vierge

Our new sails from northsails are looking sharp and feeling fast!!

It was great to stretch Allure’s legs on our southbound trip from Newport, RI to St. Maarten and we are thrilled to be back in the warm Caribbean again.

A huge thank you to all the guys at North Sails and Newport Rigging Group for all their work in Allure’s mini summer refit. We couldn’t have asked for a better team!!!
