My favorite value resort at Disney World: Pop Century! It has skyliner access from the resort which makes getting to and from Epcot and Hollywood Studios a breeze! There are multiple pools, a poolside bar for drinks and snacks, an arcade, a food court, a gift shop, and the newly refurbished rooms are SO nice. It’s a great option if you want to stay on property and take advantage of getting to the park of your choice 30 minutes early.

Disneyland’s Grand Californian. You won’t be able to stay closer to the parks than here! It has its own dedicated entrance to Disney California Adventure Park. We could get from our room to the Soarin ride in less than 5 minutes! And the walk to the front entrances is less than 5 minutes!

If you have visited Disney World in Florida several times, but have never visited Disneyland in California where it all began, it’s time to book a trip!

Happy Veterans Day! Disney World has finally released the sale start date for the military promotional tickets for 2022! The day is November 16! They can be purchased through your nearest base’s ITT office or directly from Shades of Green.

They have not yet released the start date for military discounts to be booked for Disney resorts, but I am hoping it is around the same date. If you’d like to get on my list for me to check available military rates for Disney resorts when they are released, please send me a message with your dates, the size of your party, and ages of all kids at time of travel! I will get the quotes for you. They are not able to be accessed online.
