✨Travel Spotlight ✨ CRUISE EDITION
Whether you're looking to be pampered while traveling the seas, or a wild and crazy adventure in the ports, a cruise is a MUST TRY! With many different options for ports, excursions and activities in and around the ship, cruises have a little something for everyone. Here are a few favorites from a client and her husband's latest adventure:

🛳 Ship: Carnival Magic
🌴Trip: Amber Cove - La Romana - Aruba - Curaçao out of Miami 1/13/24 - 1/21/24

🏝 Favorite port: Curaçao
🤿 Favorite excursion: Triple Adventure~ Zip Line, Cenote & Lazy River at Bravaro Adventure Park (booked for the La Romana port) and the cocktail tour in Curaçao
🗺 Favorite non-excursion adventure: exploring Curaçao and the pool at Amber cove
🌞 Must-do sea day activity: sit in a clam chair and sunbathe (we really didn’t do many activities other than nap, drink, eat and sunbathe on the ship 😂) and the water slides!
🥩 Favorite meal/restaurant: Prime Steakhouse/Filet Mignon (was extra $$ but worth it!) and the Prime rib in the MDR
🍹 Go-to drink: Sangria Swirl and Frog in Paradise
⛰ Photo-worthy spot: the views pulling into Amber Cove were beautiful!

Portland, ME: The perfect oceanside spot for foodies and brewery fans alike; this spot is full of all of your favorite things! Once your palate is happy and your belly is full, hop on one of the many🛥️ to take a trip around the coast, visit the small islands, sightsee some lighthouses or even some 🐳! Be sure to check out some of these favorites:

🍽️Restaurant: poutine at duckfat, David’s for the best espresso martinis, high roller for great variety of lobster rolls, hot suppa for breakfast
🍩Touristy spot: Holy Donut
🏨Hotel: Marriott - small but decent indoor pool, not really waterfront views for the price but king beds 😍
⁉️Activity: The Escape Room
🍻Brewery: the shipyard — tasty flights, non alcoholic options & even cbd infused drinks & pretzel bites! And of course bissel brothers

Stowe, Vermont 🌳: a hidden gem in northwestern New England, Vermont is a must see for any kind of traveler! The lush green forests, delicious foodie locations, and eclectic style serves as a relaxing or activity-full getaway. If you’re in the Stowe area, even for a short while, make sure to check out some of these favorites:

🍽️ Restaurant: Michael’s on the Hill (the beef tenderloin!! 🤤🙌🏻) in Waterbury, VT
🤫Secret Treasure: the donuts at The Cupboard Deli in Jeffersonville, VT - looks like just a gas station but delicious homemade 🍩

One of the best places for the northern lights is Nuuk, Greenland's capital. The phenomenon is typically seen around midnight and is best experienced in the period from September to the beginning of April.
BUT - did you know that there are a few places in the US that you might get a glimpse tonight or tomorrow night?! If you're in the Boston or Chicago areas - look along the horizon. If you're in Milwaukee or Montana - look over head. The best time to see them will be between 10pm and 2am, so keep an eye out and let us know if you catch a glimpse!!🌌
