Take comfort in knowing that your host is taking all the proper measures to insure your health and safety are of the highest priority. Extra cleaning and disinfecting protocols are in place so you can feel right at home in this clean space. The apartment is the lower level of a duplex, enjoy the freedom to come and go with our keyless door entry pad, and off street parking. Be mindful of your step when walking down to the apartment, a hand railing is there as well as a sensor light if its dark outside. We do kindly ask that you remove shoes in entryway to keep the new carpet clean. The space features a comfortable memory foam queen bed with a luxurious down comforter. The bathroom is equipped with shower stocked with organic Vegan shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Relax in the living room space on the comfy couch, and watch movies on the Smart TV with Netflix available to all guests. Puzzles, books, and games are also there to keep you smiling! Enjoy takeout from the many amazing restaurants of downtown or Old Colorado City or make meals in the spacious kitchen, which is well stocked with cooking utensils, dinnerware, a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and everything you need to enjoy a great cup of coffee or tea. Please note there is no A/C, but fans are provided. The heating is a forced air system, and a small space heater is also provided along with extra blankets. Experience all Colorado Springs has to offer, just a short drive to Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks Open Space, Cave of the Winds, and so much more! We are in the perfect central location for hiking trails, mountain biking, rockclimbing, and sight seeing.
