We stayed at this hotel from 1st Sept 2022 for 10 days. We arrived late at night after the restaurant had closed but the management had left lovely plates of food in the room and a bottle of sparkling wine. The room, (445) was lovely with a private balcony with sun loungers and a nice bathroom with a whirlpool bath. and the room had a nice outlook.

Breakfast next morning offered a wide range of food and the supervisor, Nino, was fantastic treating us as if we were long lost friends, and,. together with the Customer Care manager, Joanna, are a real asset to the hotel. Worth their weight in gold as the saying goes.

The hotel in general was larger than we expected but excellently run, adjacent to the sea, No shortage of sunbeds both around the various pools and on the extensive grassy areas which were well kept.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly..
Only comment is that in the Welcome Pack it would be helpful to have a plan of the resort showing the location of the various restaurants and other facilities.
In summary a good holiday arranged for us by our Travel Agent, Hazel Hatherley, (Your Holiday Booking.com). Hoping to be able to go again next year.
