🎄 It's the most wonderful time of the year🔔

*Back story, this gentleman replied to an email many months ago asking to cancel his renewal. I get lots of auto replies etc from the emails I send out so it slipped through the cracks. Anyhow I explained to him last night how he can cancel and this morning, 'as shown below' I can see it has been cancelled and of course I've happily refunded him the £10*

I've been given permission to post this! Finally got in touch with the winners' husband this morning. Unfortunately Lorraine has been in the Ulster hospital all weekend with issues arising from cancer related surgery. She's had a long hard year between chemo and surgery which also meant she couldn't go on their holiday abroad in September. So to say this win has gone to the right person is an understatement!! I hope you and your husband have the best time on a well deserved luxurious night away!! Congratulations and get well soon!!
