In between some guests, we were able to find some time for ourselves to enjoy this slice of paradise with some friends! Additional decorations keep coming in. A huge shout out to Betsy Casey & Kim Miller for helping me put this all together. Their tile selections, quartz, lighting, and decorations are absolutely perfect! Couldn’t do it without my love Beth keeping me sane during this whole process! Enjoy the updated pics!

What a busy week on the island! We were able to stay at the house for the first time and i couldn’t be happier. The house is amazing! Glad we had some friends to help with the furniture and have a little fun, thanks Kim & Mat Miller. Just missing a few pieces of furniture and the first house will be complete! Always thanks to Beth, couldn’t do it without you babe!

This was a few weeks ago, it gives you a great aerial view of all three houses. My friend Big D, from big D’s conch spot had his drone out. His restaurant is just down the beach, delicious food and drinks!

Just got back from the island, and the houses are looking amazing! The color is on house, kitchen cabinets are installed, tons of tile getting put down, island countertop is getting installed, and much more! The shipping logistics are getting crazy with the holidays, but it will all work out.
The first house should be complete by the end of January! 🏝️

We have drywall going up, cypress getting installed under the covered porch, and another roof going on!

The pictures may not show much progress, but there definitely is! Water tight on the 1st house and the container with kitchen cabinets, counter tops, tile, tubs, interior doors, faucets and much more arrived. The roof is going on the 2 story and I couldn’t be happier with how everything is looking. Next trip will be middle of December and can’t wait!

A ton of progress on the houses! The 4 bedroom has the roof on, plumbing going in, and windows are getting installed! Almost water tight! The 5 bedroom has the beams complete on the 2nd story. Very excited to get over there in a couple weeks to see them in person!

Another very productive “work” trip to the island. I think I finally made the decision on the exterior color, thanks Betsy!
The ceiling is going on, stain and color samples were up. My first container arrived while I was there, the windows and sliding doors are on island!
The project is going great, looking forward to the next trip already.

Just a little update from Exuma! Walls are going up, pools are being poured, and getting ready for the roof. I can’t be happier with the progress so far!

Look at that crew go! The foundation walls up on the 1st house, and the footers are getting ready to be poured on the 2nd! I wish I was there helping them!
