Carnival's latest ship, the Jubilee, launched from Galveston, featuring beautiful interior design and additional dining options. Complimentary meals at the Italian and Mexican/Chinese restaurants were much appreciated. The adults-only Serenity Deck provided a peaceful retreat. Although cabin sizes were smaller than expected, the spa room offered access to spa amenities such as a hot tub and thermal suites. The entertainment on the lido deck was less engaging, but the relaxed atmosphere was perfect for my needs.
