Hello Olympians,

The time has come that I need to get your information for the opening ceremony. I need a song from you and a short intro that you want said. If you do not submit something, I will pick one myself and it will not be flattering. I need these by Wednesday the 7th. I will have a projector set up if you want to use a visual display. Can't wait to enjoy a drink...or 20 with all of you.

Registration
Registration will be on June 21st at midnight for veterans, and June 23rd at midnight for rookie. Every team will need to submit 3 pieces of information by emailing [email protected].
1) Both teammates names
2) Both teammates shirt sizes
a. The shirts are going to be sweatshirts this year so, make sure your sizes are correct.
3) Beer of Choice
a. Beer is first come first serve. IF you are worried about your first choice, submit a second incase it is taken.
You will receive a confirmation email that will have a link to pay your team fee. This year it will be $100 per team. You have 72 hours to pay before your beer of choice goes back out to the open market.

Registration

Each team must pick a beer that they will use during the competition. Only this beer is allowed during competition.

To register:
Email [email protected] with you team members full names, shirt sizes and beer of choice.

No beer is reserved; all beers are open for grabs on a first come, first served basis.

You will be sent an email and invoice confirming the beer you have chosen in the order they are recieved.

You will have 48 hours from recieving the invoice to pay or your beer can be taken by another team.

Veteran Teams
To qualify as a “Veteran Team,” 1 player must have competed in 1 of the last 2 years of competition
Veteran Teams are entitled to advanced registration which opens on June 18th, 2018 at Midnight
