We are now in shoulder season for a month, which means big deals 💸

has finished installing all the new windows for bedroom egress, and has brought us all the exterior doors

HVAC wraps up this week and then we start pouring concrete for the infloor heating that will be throughout the entire building so that every room gets to control their own perfect temperature 🌡
