This is a lesson we have learned with our kids. We watch the pure kindness and love they have for others. For people they hardly know they will instantly have smiles and say hi. Always be kind to others and show that pure compassion and love for others.

We have always appreciated the time that we have with our kids. One of our greatest fears is that we will look back at their childhood and have little memories that we share.
The more time we spend as a family, the more we realize that our time together doesn’t need to be some grand adventure. They find joy in the little simple thing.
The lesson is:
Don’t procrastinate spending time with your family because your waiting for some extravagant thing.
A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to attend the amazing Magical Media Retreat! I was so grateful to meet so many amazing women who also run social media accounts. We had so many amazing speakers and lots of yummy food! The sponsors and partners of the retreat really spoiled us!

We love giving our children opportunities at different experiences. They are curious. Most of the time they are willing to try.
Nothing makes us smile more than when they learn a new skill and find joy in it.

What are your plans for adventure this summer?
We are both native to California. Neither one of us had never heard of Shaver Lake. But, neither one of us will ever forget it.
We spent the last few days at Camp Edison with a group of friends. We hiked, swam, paddle boarded, and making memories!
The lesson here is to take advantage of any opportunity you have to explore somewhere new. You really never know what you may find.

Our middle reeled in her first fish. (With some help 😉) Then she ate it for dinner! She was so proud of her catch.
We have to remind ourselves it’s not about staying clean or being picture perfect. It is about making memories. And this will be a memory that she remembers.

The Bear Gulch Cave Trail is a beautiful trail located inside of Pinnacles National Park. The trail meanders through woods, caves, and along a reservoir. You will need a headlamp or flashlight for some parts and be prepared to walk through a few inches of water. This trail follows the Bear Gulch cave trail up and Moses Spring trail back.

—Fun take the bricks inside the light house came in from San Francisco on horse and wagon!
—0.5 mile walk uphill to the light house.
—Their is a second little hike up where you can see the lighthouse from above. This is a little rough terrain and slippery mud when wet. The views are worth it!

We are a family 5 who loves to go exploring our local areas and also going on road trips and visit new places!
We have had such an amazing couple of days at the Disney parks in Anaheim. Full of excitement and magic.
We hadn’t been for 10yrs. Here are a few things to note:
• Genie+ really is worth it!!
• Food can be ordered through the app and saves time waiting in lines.
• Rise of the Resistance in Star Wars Land is seriously the most amazing ride we’ve ever seen!!!
• Having an extra pair of clothes for the kids always comes in handy.
• Playing “spot the…” games with kids in line helped us keep them distracted.
• The more the merrier! Kids were able to swap around with different people throughout the day.
• truly is an amazing place to stay while planning your Disney vacation. Friendly staff, fun water park, comfortable beds, and close to the parks
There have been lots of changes to the park since we were last there.
Fun Fact: When we were dating we would come to Disneyland almost once a week as a date day.
The end to a successful day at Knott’s Berry Farm. Falling asleep in the most random places.
Knott’s Berry Farm is a family favorite. We have had passes for the last six years. Walter Knott is a personal hero of my husband. The park is full of fun rides, amazing food, and fascinating History.
If you haven’t been to Knott’s we highly recommend a visit.

Just keeping running and running! With having 3 extra kids with us it is important to get outside a lot! They have so much energy to burn! The redwoods are the perfect place for kids to just run and explore. 📍Pigeon Point Lighthouse is located in PESCADERO, CA. The views from the lighthouse is absolutely beautiful! There is a staircase where you can get down to the beach. You can not go in the lighthouse but you can walk around it and there are several different viewpoints for pictures.
