A question I’ve been getting asked by clients frequently is: “Can we bring our own snacks into the parks?” And the answer is YES!
While Disney doesn’t allow large coolers, alcohol, or loose ice, you can definitely pack snacks, sandwiches, and non-alcoholic drinks to keep you fueled throughout the day. This is especially great for families with little ones or anyone with dietary restrictions who might not find what they need at the park’s eateries. Plus, if you’re planning to be in the parks for a long stretch, having your own refreshments on hand can save both time and money.
Just make sure to follow the guidelines: containers must be small enough to carry, and you’ll need to store everything in a bag that fits in the park’s size requirements. And for those with dietary needs (like gluten-free, vegan, or nut allergies), packing your own food ensures you have exactly what you need.
We like to do a grocery delivery order for things that we can bring into the parks like breakfast items, snacks, uncrustables, water bottles, etc.
