One perk our guests love about the Haus is our big front yard! It’s perfect for making a snowman and letting kiddos run around and play in the snow. We’ve seen some great sledding ramps too. ⛄️

We have 3 sectional sofas, one on each level! Big family, nproblem. There is plenty of room for all.

A new storm has arrived and is bringing in 2’-3’ of snow! Check road conditions before you head up the mountain. Chains will be required. Please drive safe and enjoy the magic of the snow!

❄️ Winter is officially here!!
Time to take those much needed vacation days and book a mid-week stay! Our weekends are fully booked through end of February, but we have good availability for weekdays.

Still need to get some work in while you’re here?? No problem! We have high speed WiFi and offer a great zoom background!

Bonus points • lifts tickets are cheaper mid week and lifts are wide open.

The ✨NEW✨ Big Bear Zoo is now open! It’s a wonderful place for all ages to visit with over 85 species of animals! Black bears, flying squirrels, wolfs, snow leopard, and bald eagle are just a few of the animals you’ll see!

DID YOU KNOW: the Zoo is actually a rehabilitation center for injured animals?! “Our primary objective is to rescue, rehabilitate and release wild animals.” The zoo was originally opened in 1959 after a devastating wildfire in the San Bernardino mountains as a safe place for animals to recover.
