Spending my morning working on a custom itinerary for a honeymoon couple to London, Rome and Sorrento with a stop in Pompei.

I love being able to offer VIP access, Fast Track tickets, and entry to beautiful sites before they are open to the public. It definitely beats being herded like cattle from one attraction to the next and spending your valuable vacation time waiting in long lines!

The time and effort it takes to create an itinerary that is perfect for them is well worth it when I get the happy photos in destination! I love helping to create memorable experiences!

This is me when my clients finally get in the air and can start their trip after a canceled flight.

Sometimes travel issues arise that are out of our control. When the notice came through at 10:00 pm on Saturday night that their early morning departure on Sunday was canceled and the next available flight offered was Tuesday, I communicated their options with them. Then, I stayed on hold until 1:30 am and had everything handled for them by the time they woke up Sunday morning.

We were able to get them out on a flight today, reschedule their transfers and alert the resort to their late arrival.

While it’s always disappointing when these things happen it’s my pleasure to help out and reduce the frustration and stress that comes with unexpected changes. This is one of the added bonuses my clients get when choosing to book travel with me.

Also once again….buy the insurance! Thankfully they did!

We are finally down to a single digit countdown til our next family vacation! Extra bonus that we have friends joining us this year!

We love all inclusives for our family vacays and I’m pretty sure I found the perfect place for us this summer.

All inclusive, adults only area for when/if we can get away and a casino, laser tag, bowling, escape rooms and nightly entertainment not to mention activities all day long and 13 pools to choose from! And an amazing waterpark!

I’ve spent the better part of the last two days helping clients with last minute changes due to Hurricane Beryl.

For their part all they had to do was let me know what their decision was and I took care of the rest. My clients were able to go about their work days while I took care of the details, waited on hold and made the changes. This is a benefit of booking with a reputable agent. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes they don’t. It’s nice to have someone in your corner to help you when they don’t. I’m happy to have been able to help them in a stressful situation.

Also- always buy the trip insurance! Praying for all those affected by the hurricane.
