My family and I have been blessed with an opportunity to move into a bigger place! I will not have wifi for a little while as we make this transition, but will have it by May 1st at the very latest.

As I round out this past year with Happy Clam Travel, I am so grateful for all who have reached out and booked their trips with me! Here's to more travel in 2024! 🥂

I will be out of office from December 22nd-January 2nd to attend a wedding and to celebrate Christmas with my family. If you have a trip with me over this time period, do not worry, I am still on-call for you! 💛

There are a few changes coming next year to make my process run more efficiently and to ensure I am the perfect match for my clients! More on that in the New Year! 😁

Hello everyone!

I have realized not everyone on here is from my hometown! 😉

So allow me to introduce myself!

My name is Lexi and I am a 24-year-old wife, mom, and travel agent! 🎉

I am originally from Brush, Colorado (go Beetdiggers!❤️💛) and now reside in the front range with my little family.

I have my Bachelors in Special Education and Elementary Education, but am a stay at home mama so am unable to teach right now! And I am enjoying every minute I get to be home with my boy! 🩵 (pro tip: there are resorts that cater to individuals with specific needs!)

I have always been interested in other cultures and places, and have loved to travel (ask my mom, I used to have cities printed out and taped to my bedroom wall) 😂.

I have traveled to Germany, France, Spain, Mexico, and New Zealand. In the United States, I have been to Las Vegas (more times than I can count), Hawaii (Kauai specifically), Washington D.C., Tennessee, Wyoming, California, and Missouri (How ‘bout that Silver Dollar City, am I right?) and am especially familiar with Colorado. 😉

I owe all of my traveling to my family and other wonderful families who have brought me along and have been truly blessed in this way. 💛

Happy Clam Travel LLC is officially open for business! I have contracts and everything! 😂

I have learned so much from a few trips I have been able to book with family and friends who've been so kind and patient with me as I take courses and figure out the ropes! So thank you to everyone who has reached out and those who have trusted me with building their getaway! 💛

I have gotten a lot of wonderful questions, so here is a little clarification as to what I am able to do for you!

How the process works:
1. You send me an email and let me know what you're looking for in your trip!
2. I send you a portal activation link for your client portal where you can view previous trips, upcoming trips, payments, etc
3. Once you activate your portal, I am able to send you important items such as passport verifications, credit card authorizations, and travel insurance confirmations. These are all crucial steps in making sure your trip runs smoothly!
4. I will send you some quotes to mull over!
5. We decide on a trip and book it! Wha-la! You have a fancy new travel agent and barely have to lift a finger!

Some answers to the questions I have gotten so far...

Things I can do:
-Book package flights/resorts (all-inclusive are my favorite!)
-Book cruise-airfare packages
-Book your hotel
-Book tours/excursions
-Book your ground transportation (when booked with flight and hotel as well)
-Book your Disney tickets/airfare/resort packages
-Book train trips with rail lines such as Amtrak and Rocky Mountaineer
-Find you trips within your budget (within reason, there are unfortunately no $20 cruises)
-Apply promotional codes (special cases)
-Set you up with travel insurance (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
-Enter your airline rewards miles membership information (such as Southwest Rapid Rewards Members)

Things I am unable to do for you:
-Book ONLY airfare
-Make the airlines change their prices
-Make hotels and resorts change their prices
-Control the weather
-Control the mean taxi driver
-Make the resort put 1,000 golden swans in your room upon arrival (other requests, I am able to take 😉)
-I also am unable to book you when using credit card miles, such as those earned on a Discover card. I can definitely USE those cards to book things for you, but just won’t be able to redeem your miles for use towards the trip!

Also, please do not abuse my services! Yes, I provide free quotes and assistance, but please do not have me do all the hard work for you to have the intention to book independently. 😞 I get paid when you make a booking through me and my business, that is how I am able to run this business at no extra cost to you. 💛

Thank you guys so much for sticking with me while I got my legal ducks in a row! It's true when they say starting a business is far more than just cute logos and thinking of names.
