Time for me to get back to travel
Commentary. What we learned recently during our planning for our next trip in 2024 to Scotland and England.
1) it's very expensive to stay in London, but if you want to stay in the city close to main attractions, it's recommended to find a hotel as opposed to an Airbnb or Vrbo location.
2) getting assistance from AAA is great, and they helped with many great ideas. We then found we could do a lot of the trip and tour planning on our own.
3) do your research well in advance and be prepared for what you really want to see. Get some history lessons on the sites before you go.

Hey all you travel gurus! It's been so long since I've posted on here! Over a year, I'm sure. I guess my only excuse is that I lost my passion for a while, but I'm back and will be posting more in 2022. Fun times were to be had in 2021, though. For one, our family went to Africa! YAY! Finally! It was on my bucket list for so long and it definitely didn't disappoint. I'll add more details within my post. Please check it out! Maybe it will inspire you to travel on to Africa someday. It was my favorite place/trip of all time!

Friends, we have been so fortunate to travel sooo cheaply. If you want to know how we travelled first class to Hawaii for 0, or how we went on our Mediterranean cruise with a balcony room for $1000 for 12 days with free plane fare to Spain and return from Venice (prob should have cost $10,000!), go to my website and take a look at a few of my blogs.
