International Helpdesk Specialist in Prague, Czech Republic
Responsibilities
· Provide support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, mobile phones and other equipment
· Prove to be customer oriented, communicative and friendly towards your internal clients
· Take part in continuous improvement of the department and its services
· Help with creating internal knowledge base
· Ensure a timely response and solution
· Help resolve complex technical problems, collaborate with other internal teams
· Take ownership of all raised issues
· Take advantage of modern equipment of the technical lab to help you understand all issues to the core
Qualifications
· Fluent and professional communication in English
· Minimum of 1 year experience in a client facing role (preferably from IT support)
· Solid knowledge of Windows 10 or Apple OS
· Experience with installing, troubleshooting VPN/network connectivity, printers, mobile phones is an advantage
· Attention to details, ability to meet deadlines and handle occasional stress
· Customer orientation and friendliness under all circumstances, effective communication
· Reliability and cooperativeness within a team
