This awesome backpack all the agents got at Conference this year and the Minnie Mouse blanket my team leader gave me are packed and waiting to get on the plane. Taking a break from the hospital with mom after sitting with her for 21 days. She is doing great and getting stronger in therapy each day. Carlton and I are headed to Norway for Mothers Day. He is so good to me!

Did you know that you can eat healthy at character meals like Chef Mickey’s at the Contemporary Resort or Ohana’s at Polynesian Resort?
Plant Based Eating, in December a second doctor suggested that I try this way of eating.
If you know me at all you know Art and Travel are my passion. Travel can be difficult on eating habits at times, not at DisneyWorld I decided to post about this because I just came home from our travel conference MVP that was held at DisneyWorld. There were so many vegetarian and plant based options that I was not only able to stay on track but I came home and had lost another 3 pounds to hit a total of 30 to date.
Next visit with Mickey and Minnie there will be less of me.
