There's nothing quite like rural Spain in the autumn months and our Sierra de Gredos trail combines stunning mountain riding through the Gredos mountains with two of the best hosts in the business, husband and wife team Emilio and Mamen. Emilio personally guides all the trails and knows every inch of this route having ridden it since childhood.

Ride home bred pure Andalusian and pure Hispano Arab horses, born, brought up and trained by your hosts. During the trail, there are plenty of tapas breaks where you can tuck into Serrano ham, Manchego cheese, olives and other Spanish specialities. Andalusian Trails 🇪🇸

For the rest of July and August we have a flexible schedule for riders in Spain where our partners are offering a custom ride plan for any experience level. The program is morning rides of 3-4 hours on horseback and free afternoons where you can enjoy many watersport activities such as swimming, snorkeling, kayaking or joining a boat excursion to a secluded beach cove. Walking on Water in South Africa

The Eastern Cape trail crosses deserted beaches and travels inland through local tribal villages. This is an exhilarating point-to-point ride (for intermediate and advanced riders), from beach to beach, from surf to savannah, and past shipwrecks while spotting whales and dolphins in the Indian Ocean. There are many river crossings as the trail takes in a long stretch of coastline with accommodation in remote hotels in beautiful settings.
