The Account Manager is a highly-motivated college graduate with exceptional people skills and organized approach, who thrives on constant change in their day and managing the daily tasks. You must be a quick thinker, fast to react to items that pop-up and open to jumping in where needed. Our company is based on service to our clients and accountability to each other. Liking sports is a major plus! This is a full time position and based in Nashville.
**Title: **Account Manager
**Job Description **-The following is the expectations of your position. At times, you may be asked to assist in other area's of the company as well sometimes it is all hands on deck for our clients last minute changes/needs:
• Sourcing Hotels for hotel travel for teams and other clients thru Zentila system
• Pulling that information into an excel grid and work with hotels on negotiations to get the best rates and concessions for the customers
• Negotiating contracts with hotels for the end user clients
• Building relationships with the hotels to have a better partnership with them
• Entering all required data into Salesforce
• At times managing the rooming lists and credit cards for the teams with the hotels.
• Not afraid of using the phone to call and speak with our hotel partners during negotiations
• Potential to be the contact for our Coaches and Client Contacts
• Other tasks as assigned by the President of Meetings Plus Moore as the position evolves
• Must have a very good working knowledge of Excel
